During your appointment, you will begin with a brief consultation to discuss your desired outcome and any specific preferences you may have. For services like brows, lips, eyeliner, beauty marks or freckles, your session will typically start with a design and mapping process where we carefully shape and measure the area to enhance your natural features. We’ll also help you choose the perfect pigment color to complement your skin tone and desired look.

Once you approve the design and color, the procedure will begin, and thanks to our advanced numbing techniques, you can expect minimal to no discomfort throughout. We prioritize your comfort and will make adjustments as needed to ensure a smooth experience. After the procedure is complete, we’ll review the results together and make any necessary tweaks to ensure you’re completely satisfied.

After your appointment, it’s crucial to follow the provided aftercare instructions to ensure optimal healing and long-lasting results. Your artist will guide you through the steps specific to your treatment, including how to care for the area and what to avoid during the healing process. You will receive a take-home aftercare kit with everything you need to maintain your new look.

Over the next few days, it’s normal to experience some mild redness or tenderness, but this will subside as your skin heals. Be sure to avoid excessive sun exposure, sweating, or touching the treated area, as this could impact the final outcome. Healing typically takes a few weeks, and we’ll schedule a follow-up appointment if necessary to ensure your results are perfect.

While permanent makeup is long-lasting, it’s not truly permanent — pigment fades gradually over time due to skin type, lifestyle, sun exposure, and skincare products.

We recommend scheduling a maintenance session when your pigment has faded by 50–75%, depending on your goals and how refreshed you’d like the area to look. For most services, this means booking a touch-up every 1–3 years to keep things soft, defined, and fresh.

  • Most clients are great candidates! However, if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or under 18, you are not eligible. Certain health conditions, skin concerns, or medications may require a doctor’s clearance. If you’re unsure, we recommend submitting a consultation form so we can assess your eligibility.

  • You may experience light swelling, tenderness, or scabbing in the days following your procedure. Healing typically takes 7–14 days, with full pigment settling over several weeks. Detailed aftercare instructions will be provided after your appointment.

  • If you have previous permanent makeup, a consultation is required before booking. Otherwise, a consult is optional but helpful if you’re unsure which service is right for you. We offer both in-person and virtual consultations.

  • We’ll send you a full list of pre-care instructions once you’re booked. In general, you’ll need to avoid alcohol, caffeine, blood thinners, ibuprofen and marijuana, and certain skincare products in the days leading up to your appointment.
